1. Reflect on a time when you had a life event that had a positive impact on your health.
How did this one event impact each of the five dimensions of health?


2. Consider your own personal health. Discuss how your health has changed over time and how it may change in the future. 

3. Create a collage of ‘good health’. Annotate your images or create a blurb explaining how your collage represents ‘good health’.

4. Over the next week record where you would rate yourself on the health continuum at the beginning and end of each day.

c. Reflect on areas of strength and improvement for you at this point in time.


5. Interview 3 - 4 adults who are parents and discover how their health changed from before they had children to afterwards.
