1. Considering their lifestyle factors and potential physical activity contraindications, design a training session for one of the fictional people below;

  • Eva, 17, exercises regularly but has a family history of breast cancer.
  • Lionel, 18, eats fast food often and has high blood pressure.
  • Aisha, 16, smokes occasionally and has a parent with type 2 diabetes.
  • Jeb, 17, plays sport but never goes for check-ups or dental visits.
